During your first appointment, I will complete a thorough assessment to better understanding your concerns and what you would like to gain from therapy. We will discuss your goals and how therapy can help you meet them.

Therapy is a helpful tool for most individuals. If you are seeking a space where you can feel safe being with your feelings, challenging difficult thoughts, learning to cope with uncomfortable emotions, developing skills for personal growth, or examining past experiences, therapy can be beneficial for you. Therapy requires active participation, both during and outside of sessions (think therapy homework), to produce the most effective results.

In the state of Florida, only one parent/guardian is required to consent to mental health services UNLESS otherwise stated in a parenting plan. However, I find that therapy is more effective if both parents/guardians are engaged in the therapeutic process.

Individual counseling sessions cost $175 for 60 minutes and $140 for 45 minutes.
Clinical Supervision costs $70 for individual/dyadic sessions and $40 for group sessions.

Yes. I am in-network with Cigna, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare. Your insurance benefits will be verified prior to your first appointment.
If your insurance is not listed above, I would be happy to supply you with a superbill which you can provide to your insurance carrier. Reimbursement for out-of-pocket services is determined by your healthcare provider.
